Information we collect
We may collect names, email addresses, telephone numbers, delivery information, measurements and sizing, design choices, order communications, payment status, device information and records needed to prevent fraud or resolve a complaint.
Why we use it
We use information to answer enquiries, prepare quotes, confirm designs and measurements, produce and deliver orders, provide support, process payments, prevent fraud, keep accounting records, comply with legal obligations and improve the service.
Payments
Secure online payments will be processed by an approved payment provider when activated. We do not store full card numbers or card-security codes. The payment provider processes payment data under its own privacy and security terms.
Who receives information
We share only what is reasonably necessary with makers, approved international manufacturing partners for the Maya Collection, couriers, payment processors, hosting and communications providers, professional advisers and regulators. We do not sell customer personal information.
International processing
Because customers and suppliers may be in different countries, order information may be processed internationally. We limit information to what is needed for production, delivery, payment and support and use appropriate operational safeguards.
Retention and security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards. Records are retained only as long as needed for active orders, support, disputes, accounting, fraud prevention and legal compliance. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable and may object to optional direct marketing. Some records must be retained where required by law or needed to establish or defend legal claims.
