1. The business
SEAMLESS STITCHE CONCEPTS is a Nigerian business name registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission under BN 9818993 for Fashion Design and Tailoring Services. Seamless Stitché and the CloserWithMaya Collection are customer-facing brand names used by the business.
2. Quotes and order acceptance
Website prices for bespoke designs are indicative starting prices. An order is accepted only after we issue a written summary covering the product or garment, fabric, measurements or size, colour, quantity, price, production estimate and delivery method, and the customer confirms it.
3. Payments
Payment is due according to the written quote or secure checkout. When online payment is activated, it will be processed by an approved payment provider. We never ask customers to send full card details or card-security codes through email, WhatsApp or social media.
4. Bespoke and personalised orders
Customers must check measurements, names, spelling, colours, quantities, delivery details and other personalised information before production. Changes after fabric purchase, cutting, printing or embroidery may be impossible or may require an additional charge.
5. Prices and currencies
CloserWithMaya prices may be displayed in USD, NGN, EUR and GBP, with USD shown by default. Delivery, customs duties, import VAT, local taxes, currency conversion and bank charges are excluded unless the approved quote states otherwise.
6. Availability
Products, fabrics and production capacity may change. We may decline or cancel an order before production if a material, supplier route or destination cannot be supported. Any amount paid for an order we cannot fulfil will be refunded.
7. Intellectual property
Website text, product names, photographs, logos, artwork and original designs remain the property of their respective owners. They may not be copied, sold or used commercially without written permission.
8. Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
